Very strange: An unprecedented development in the United States, and no pig reports. There is a law in the US that provides for a constitutional assembly when two thirds of the states desire it. And that is exactly what happened now. What should be decided there? And why does not anyone report it? The state legislature of Michigan has elected as the 34th state in a meeting in early April and adopted a resolution in which Michigan calls for a constitutional assembly of the United States. Article 5 of the US Constitution states that if two-thirds of states demand such an assembly, it MUST take place. In such a constitutional assembly, the entire constitution is up for grabs. There is nothing that is untouchable.
It may even be abolished the US Constitution as a whole! That would even allow the states to dismantle the entire federal government (Washington) - without them being able to object or withdraw first. She would simply be removed from office. Even contracts signed by the federal government can be declared null and void. Even a withdrawal from NATO is possible. Many Americans - and many (naive) MPs are in fact of the opinion that one should stop shedding American blood to solve the problems of other countries in the world.
Apart from the fact that most people in the world would welcome that, that would be the end of all the geopolitical power games of the strip-pullers behind the US puppet government. The states can even deny liability for all debts that the federal government has made! With the resolution of the Michigan State Parliament, the condition for the holding of a constitutional assembly is now given. This has never happened in the history of the United States. With that, states can now change the constitution without anyone being able to prevent it. At least not with constitutional means.
The states can bring about profound changes in this way - the congress can not do that to that extent. Article 5 of the Constitution provides two options for amendments or amendments to the Constitution. One is a two-thirds majority of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. Thereafter, the amendment is sent to all states for ratification.
This has been done so far in all 27 constitutional amendments. However, the Founding Fathers have, as mentioned, written a second way to amend, and even abolish, the Constitution, which states that if two-thirds of the state assemblies demand a meeting, the congress must call a meeting to propose constitutional changes , Immediately following the Michigan decision, Duncan Hunter, a Republican from California, immediately pressured John Boehner, spokesman for the House of Representatives, to take a position that the Michigan Election had won the two-thirds majority to convene the constitutional assembly. Hunter, like the members of the Michigan State Parliament, is one of those who want to enshrine the duty to maintain a balanced budget in the constitution. And that's only possible through a constitutional assembly. The eternal scramble for debt ceiling and constant hiccups about whether the US is now broke or raise the debt limit again, is already in the sounsovielte round. Obviously, the Conservatives want to force the federal government to make savage cuts - with unforeseeable consequences for the United States.
There is also a review and revision of the Federal Reserve in the air. The boundless money creation from the air has devalued the dollar by 98% since the beginning of the Fed. The assets are constantly losing purchasing power; in old age the US is threatened with poverty and loss of savings. The move to print state money has gained tremendous numbers of supporters, and gold coverage is considered by many to be the return to the good old golden age. The last to print government money was John F. Kennedy, who did not survive. Even the escalating social costs are a thorn in the side of many US citizens. Whole generations of welfare recipients live in many families. Especially among the Conservatives there are in the States hired advocates of the reduction of social benefits. This constitutional assembly could be pure dynamite. Nevertheless, nothing is reported. Instead, it is being dragged around behind the scenes to "get around" MPs in the states, to pull back the demand for the assembly. Some parliaments have already done that, but then demanded the assembly again.
Apparently, the mainstream media are required not to report so as not to start the fire yet. One wants to wait on the part of the government whether the demand for the constitutional assembly can not be stalled by revoking certain states. Apparently, however, the constitutional assembly is sooner or later "due". It is a huge ferment. Too many dissatisfied states, too many angry citizens, too many poor and unemployed, too much debt, too much regulation by the federal government. Should the federal government react harshly and prevent the Assembly by any means, secessions may be committed and individual states may leave the Union.
